As an enviro-school we are committed to a healthy, peaceful, sustainable world through people teaching and learning together.
We have a gully development project underway with students leading the way in decision making.

Our vegetable gardens have been carefully positioned by the students for optimum growing conditions.

Our enviroschools mantra is 'a place to learn and play'. The children are currently looking at developing their playground, under the guidance and support of our Enviroschools facilitator Adrienne.

We are currently planting flax (harekeke), recognising that in pre European times this area was a prominent flax growing area.

We strive to be a zerowaste school. It is great to see so many of the lunches that come to school are not only healthy but come in reusable containers.

We have appreciated help from the community getting this far, and we look forward to even more help as we continue!

Thanks to Bunnings for their donation of gardening equipment.

We currently have our Bronze Enviroschools Award, and are working towards our Silver!
